★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimas recepcionistas siempre con su cara larga, se les va la luz, el Internet, el comedor super chiquito, solo dos hornos de microondas y uno se descompone, a veces no alcanzan las mesas para comer, oficinas pequeñas, aire acondicionado compartido... A simple vista y visualmente agradable pero a la larga no es padre trabajar en este lugar.
Para subir a este lugar es un lío ya que el elevador siempre hace mil paradas piso por piso y siempre van llenos de gente.
Para alguna emergencia como un temblor no tienen un plan, no saben cómo evacuar a las personas.
Lo bueno es la ubicación y las salas de juntas.
 Bad receptionists always with their long faces, the electricity goes out, the Internet, the super small dining room, only two microwave ovens and one breaks down, sometimes they do not reach the dining tables, small offices, shared air conditioning ... At first glance and visually pleasing but in the long run it is not cool to work in this place.
To get to this place is a mess since the elevator always makes a thousand stops floor by floor and they are always full of people.
For some emergency like a tremor they don't have a plan, they don't know how to evacuate people.
The good thing is the location and the meeting rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm impressed with the building. The white marble finishes, the tree in Floor 1, the inclined concrete columns. The elevator takes a long time and it does distribute the floor inputs and users equally. The marble floors cracked in the September earthquakes. We had a minor incident where one day smoke from a lower floor inundated floor 3 and the air system was inefficient at sucking the smoke. I think LEED buildings such as this one should be efficient at all times. The awesome part about it is the terrace atop of the building it has amazing views to the city east and south. Nevertheless, it's really cool building.
