★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pesimo, tengo 2 días esperando mi material que faltó en mi pedido inicial, desafortunadamente el personal te miente te dicen su pedido está en ruta y nunca llega.
Nada recomendable el servicio ya es muy malo no contestan el teléfono y si contestan te dejan descolgado escuchando conversaciones internas o personales haciendo notar que no les importas como cliente, yo fui cliente frecuente y el servicio hoy es una porquería

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es RIDÍCULA la forma en la que tratan a los clientes pregunta uno los precios de cada moldura y las dos Agrias insatisfechas que disque atienden a los clientes responden una estupidez como: "díganos todo lo que necesita y le damos el precio de todo , por políticas no damos precios unitarios..." Así que solo te dicen cuánto es de todo lo que necesitas.. verdaderos imbéciles...Además ignorantes por qué no saben nada de los perfiles... Todo lo quieren por su clave... CLAVE de ellos!!. Si quieres perder tu tiempo y tratar en una zona de ingnominia con puras bípedas insatisfechas y gaznapiros debe ser la opción , en caso contrario mejor ni tratar con negocios como éstos.... Y que gerente?? no conocen a ninguno.. por eso tratan como tratan a la gente...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Sucursal La Loma en Gustavo Baz, la Encargada de pelo Guero, prácticamente me mento la madre con su pésima atención, y me negó la venta del producto, se puso al tú por tú conmigo, cosa que no debe de pasar jamás. Yo me dedico a la ventas de igual forma y lo primero ante todo es el cliente, y aunque se lo explique sin ninguna grosería, ella siguió alegando y diciéndome mentirosa. Pero qué trato tan malo de persona es este ante el cliente? Es una verdulera sin educación. Cómo puede esta persona ser la encargada de esta tienda? Y sin gerente al que puedas acudir para platicar de la situación. Pésima empresa. No hay como contactar al servicio al cliente, su página no sirve y nadie sabe nada en ninguna sucursal de algun correo para quejas, o como contactar a algún personal de rango mas alto para dar la queja. NO COMPREN AQUI, su trato es indiferente, y nadamas te quejas de algo y la persona encargada es incompetente y de bajo nivel de educación para desempeñar este puesto.
