 The restaurant's food is delicious and if attention is my best. I did not stay but I was recommended to go and I was not disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vinimos desde España a visitar este hermoso país y nos hospedamos en este pequeño hotel boutique Marionetas. Tras dos excelentes desayunos decidimos reservar para cenar en el restaurante alojado en el propio hotel. ¡¡No podimos haber tomado mejor decisión!! Es una experiencia gastronómica fabulosa. Cada plato que nos presentaba Pablo contaba una bella historia de la gastronomía mexicana y en particular, veracruzana, aumentando, así, las ganas de visitar este lugar. Sabor, olor, texturas, enplatados y servicio exquisitos. El maridaje estupendo también. El único "defecto" es la tenue luz que hay por la noche que impide apreciar la belleza de los platos. En ningún caso, este detalle entorpece una velada perfecta asegurada. Enhorabuena y ojalá podamos veros abriendo un restaurante en España en el futuro ? ?
We came from Spain to visit this beautiful country and we stayed in this little Marionetas boutique hotel. After two excellent breakfasts we decided to book dinner at the restaurant housed in the hotel itself. We couldn't have made a better decision! It is a fabulous dining experience. Each dish that Pablo presented us told a beautiful story of Mexican gastronomy and, in particular, of Veracruz, thus increasing the desire to visit this place. Exquisite taste, smell, textures, plating and service. Great pairing too. The only "defect" is the dim light at night that prevents us from appreciating the beauty of the dishes. In no case, this detail hinders a perfect evening guaranteed. Congratulations and hopefully we can see you opening a restaurant in Spain in the future ? ?
