Lo que hace que no le de las 5 estrellas es que al pedirlo me dieron muchas opciones de personalización sin aclarar los costos extras. Creo que como consumidores es necesario tener claridad en esas cosas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi expectativa era realmente alta por el tema de los tes orgánicos etc. Al momento la atención fue excelente los trabajadores saben hacer su trabajo pero no supieron darme una recomendación, termine pidiendo un matcha latte me explicaron que era 50% leche y después tipo de endulzante, si quería agregar perlas etc. Lo que se me hizo raro es que me preguntarán su quería sabor más intenso para que mi bebida supiera mejor, no lo acepte, al pedir pagar con tarjeta me cobraron obligatorio la propina, No estoy de acuerdo con eso! Y cuando ví la cuenta me cobraron $36 pesos por ponerle leche a mi bebida, el sabor era de matcha natural, pero era tan tenue que no sabia casi nada, ahora entiendo por qué querían cobrarme 15 pesos más por más sabor, las perlas de frutos rojos no sabían a nada, solo a gelatina sin sabor. Me lleve un amargo sabor de la experiencia, comprendo que puede ser una bebida cara, pero al menos esperaba que el matcha por si solo tuviera más sabor. Vaya decepción.
My expectation was really high because of the organic teas etc. At the moment the attention was excellent, the workers know how to do their job but they did not know how to give me a recommendation, I ended up asking for a matcha latte, they explained to me that it was 50% milk and then a type of sweetener, if I wanted to add pearls, etc. What made me strange is that they asked me if I wanted a more intense flavor so that my drink tasted better, I did not accept it, when I asked to pay by card they charged me a mandatory tip, I do not agree with that! And when I saw the bill they charged me $36 pesos to put milk in my drink, the flavor was natural matcha, but it was so faint that I hardly knew anything, now I understand why they wanted to charge me 15 pesos more for more flavor, the fruit pearls reds tasted like nothing, just flavorless jelly. I took a bitter taste from the experience, I understand that it can be an expensive drink, but at least I was hoping that the matcha alone would have more flavor. What a disappointment.
