Pedí un “Caramello Belgio” me cobraron más por elegir bebida de almendra y la consistencia era súper aguada y ni que decir del sabor, no se distinguían las notas que prometían. Literal agua con una pizca de caramelo :( qué triste

Bad impression, bad taste.
I asked for a "Caramello Belgio" I was charged more for choosing almond drink and the consistency was super watery and not to mention the taste, the notes they promised were not distinguished. Literal water with a hint of caramel :( how sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. Me impresionó que saben que se equivocaron y ni siquiera te ofrecen el cambio por el Té que realmente pediste. Por otro lado te discuten que su error estuvo bien según su lógica. La verdad es que como cliente me interada recibir lo que pedí/pagué, no la excusas.
He tenido buenas recomendaciones. Pero a mi no me fue bien.
Bad service. I was impressed that they know they were wrong and won't even offer you the change for the Tea that you actually ordered. On the other hand they argue that their mistake was fine according to their logic. The truth is that as a customer I tried to receive what I asked for / paid for, you do not excuse it.
I have had good recommendations. But it didn't go well for me.

I ordered a tea from the station. Prices somewhat high. I paid $ 99 pesos for a frappe tea. The taste ok. The friendliness of the employees excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de que cambiaron de the avana, dejaron mucho que desear, pedí algo y me hicieron otra cosa, la pedir q me lo cambiaran por lo q había pedido, tomaron el q estaba mal y lo acondicionaron, pero el mismo q estaba mal.
Ni si quiera se molestaron en un disculpa o lo hacemos de nuevo.
En general mal.
After they changed from the avana, they left much to be desired, I asked for something and they did something else, the request that they change it for what I had asked, they took the one that was wrong and they conditioned it, but the same one that was wrong.
We don't even bother with an apology or we do it again.
Overall bad.

El día de ayer fui por un frappe, había bastante gente esperando ser atendida, de hecho algunos se fueron por tanto tiempo de espera, es increíble que no tengan personal, el cajero es el mismo que prepara la bebida, limpia las mesas, entrega el producto y todo.
Mala experiencia por la cuestión de falta de personal pero todo muy rico.
A good place for quality tea but the price is quite high for some of their products.
Yesterday I went for a frappe, there were quite a few people waiting to be served, in fact some left due to waiting so long, it's incredible that they don't have staff, the cashier is the same one who prepares the drink, cleans the tables, delivers the product and all.
Bad experience due to lack of staff but all very rich.
