★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal el control de calidad te dejan todo sucios los asientos, muchos detalles mal puestos y no se preocupan por limpiar el motor, entregan mal y hay q estar regresando para que te dejen bien las cosas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya llevo 8 años comprando y llevando mi auto a servicio a esa agencia y en general la atención es buena, me quedo un poco a deber la entrega de los vehículos, en el 2015 me entregaron mi unidad nueva pero ya muy tarde! Me imagino por que tenían varias entregas! Pero creo que fueron mejorando con el paso de los años, está ocasión me lo entregaron en el día y la hora señalados! Me encanta que cunado te entregan tu unidad nueva tocas la campana! Y todos aplauden!!! Las intalaciones son más amplias, hay buena puntualidad, buena información, hay que hacer cita en mucho de los casos, pero si es urgente llevar tu coche a servicio lo ingresan de inmediato! En algunos" pero en general es recomendable.
I have been buying and taking my car to service at that agency for 8 years and in general the attention is good, I am a bit owing to the delivery of the vehicles, in 2015 they delivered my new unit but already very late! I imagine why they had several deliveries! But I think they have improved over the years, this time they delivered it to me on the appointed day and time! I love that when your new unit is delivered you ring the bell! And everyone applauds !!! The facilities are more extensive, there is good punctuality, good information, you have to make an appointment in many cases, but if it is urgent to take your car to service they enter it immediately! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en #Chevrolet Insurgentes en la reparación de mi vehículo por siniestro. Se ingreso con volante de admisión de #AXA el 27/04/2022, después de unos días me confirmaron la entrega para el día 9/05/2022, llegado el día NO les acepte el auto ya que tenía un golpe adicional de los registrados dentro del inventario de la orden de servicio. Ellos prometieron repararlo dentro de los tres días hábiles siguientes, esto no ha sucedido, sigo en espera y con dificultades para comunicarme con el asesor, en #WhatsApp dejan en visto.
Es la segunda vez que me pasa, los vehículos a reparar los mandan al taller de #IztacalcoMotors en Av. Amacuzac. En dicho taller ingresé en 2014 otro vehículo por siniestro con la aseguradora #HDI y de igual manera, la entrega la querían hacer con golpes adicionales y sin algunos accesorios del interior.

Terrible service at #Chevrolet Insurgentes in the repair of my vehicle due to an accident. It was entered with an admission flyer from #AXA on 04/27/2022, after a few days they confirmed the delivery for 05/9/2022, when the day came I did NOT accept the car since it had an additional blow from those registered within the inventory of the service order. They promised to repair it within the next three business days, this has not happened, I'm still waiting and having difficulties communicating with the advisor, they leave #WhatsApp on seen.
This is the second time it has happened to me, the vehicles to be repaired are sent to the #IztacalcoMotors workshop on Av. Amacuzac. In this workshop I entered another vehicle in 2014 due to an accident with the insurance company #HDI and in the same way, they wanted to deliver it with additional blows and without some interior accessories.
