Tapia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron rápido por qué ya tenía un folio previo por telefónico y no había gente esperando, solicite baja de TV y lleve los decodificadores, para quedarme con los otros 2 servicios (internet y telefonía). Después del corte ya no había telefonía, hable a telefónico y con la novedad que me dieron de baja 2 servicios, incluyendo el teléfono el cual yo no solicite. Ahora tengo que contratar plazo forzoso 12 meses y que vuelvan a ir un técnico para poner el teléfono. Estoy pensando en cancelar. Yo sé que hay gente que se pone pesada pero no tenemos porque pagar unos por otros, si ya se sienten cansados pues qué pidan apoyo. Although the CABLECOM rep that helped me to sign in forgot to mention that the service is on a pre paid basis, and instead of getting the amount above i got a bill for $836.70. Called in and they treat you like stupid as if you were the one to be blame for not knowing in advance the prepaid service they are giving you. I sign in for an x service and price and a CABLECOM rep forgets to explain how the service will be charge and all of a sudden im the idiot. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
