★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si hay tantas opiniones tan malas del personal que atiende esa sucursal, ¿Porque IZZI no hace nada al respecto?, Tanto la encargada como la otra señorita que está en el mostrador, atienden de forma déspota y no son empáticas, entregué un equipo y no me quisieron dar comprobante de recibido, así que aparte de las cosas negativas qué tienen, son mentirosas y rateras, ya que no apareció el equipo en el almacén y me hicieron pagarlo.
If there are so many bad opinions about the staff that attends that branch, why doesn't IZZI do anything about it? They wanted to give me proof of receipt, so apart from the negative things they have, they are liars and thieves, since the equipment did not appear in the warehouse and they made me pay for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de parte de las empleadas , son déspotas y prepotentes, nunca resuelven nada, 5 años con mi cuenta y el día que quiero cancelarla no me la dan de baja a pesar de tener mi cuenta en 0 y siempre ser puntual. La compañía ya debería poner atención a las empleadas de este lugar, fui a otra sucursal y por teléfono muy diferente el trato al cliente, mi reseña es para la sucursal de Ramos Arizpe.
Terrible service from the employees, they are despots and arrogant, they never solve anything, 5 years with my account and the day I want to cancel it they do not cancel it despite having my account at 0 and always being punctual. The company should already pay attention to the employees of this place, I went to another branch and the customer treatment was very different over the phone, my review is for the Ramos Arizpe branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMOOOOO servicio iba a dar de baja mi servicio y me indican que a las 7 cierra sucursal, llego 6:30 y no me quieren atender que regrese al dia siguiente, La sucursal SOLO TENIA 1 PERSONA pero la gerente muy déspotas ni acceso queria darme a lo cual llame a servicio al cliente para indicar el trato tan grosero que me dieron y el de servicio cliente levanto reporte ya que escucho a la misma estar gritando asi mismo grabe el trato espero que pronto tomen cartas en el asunto y chequen las camaras
AWFUL service I was going to cancel my service and they tell me that the branch closes at 7, I arrive at 6:30 and they don't want to see me come back the next day, the branch ONLY HAD 1 PERSON but the very despotic manager didn't even want to give me access which I called customer service to indicate the rude treatment they gave me and the customer service raised a report since I heard her screaming as well as I recorded the treatment I hope they soon take action on the matter and check the cameras
