★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se percibe buena atención por parte del personal, lamentablemente no puedo hacer una opinión buena debido a que la TV de paga ha perdido para mi el interés porque ya es igual que TV normal con tanto comercial entre capitulo de programa y/o película, el internet que manejan ellos no me sirve para mí zona donde resido así que no es de interés

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues miren, yo la verdad fui a cancelar mi servicio, me choca que te establezcan un contrato a plazo forzoso...tuve que suspender mi servicio hace dos meses por cambio de domicilio, y al cumplirse los 12 ya pude cancelar...no me parece que te obliguen a pagar algo que ya no quieres por qué no funciona como te lo prometieron, o por qué te aumentan el costo y solo te mandan un correito avisando y ya ...no me parece ...en cuanto al personal de la sucursal, la verdad es que si se portaron serviciales
