★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo 3 meses con el router principal sin funcionar, ahora sin cable desde el pasado 8 de diciembre y con el pago al día. El servicio técnico solo visita entre 09:00 a 18:00 horas, y les he manifestado que laboro de lunes a sábado, llegando a las 19:00 horas para que realicen el cambio o entrega del nuevo equipo. Peor aún, acudí al CRC y me dicen que sólo los técnicos hacen la entrega a domicilio. Ayer estuve esperando al técnico y nunca llegó. Enviaron un mensaje de que "nadie atendió al llamado", mentiras, estuvimos desde las 18:15 y el mensaje fue a las 19:06 horas. Demasiada paciencia y tolerancia. Y si cobran el mes completo, no restan el servicio. Y no voy a pagar nada del mes de diciembre 2021. Paso a cancelar todo.
 I have 3 months with the main router without working, now without cable since last December 8 and with the payment to the day. The technical service only visits between 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and I have told them that I work from Monday to Saturday, arriving at 7:00 p.m. to make the change or delivery of the new equipment. Worse still, I went to the CRC and they tell me that only technicians do home delivery. Yesterday I was waiting for the technician and he never came. They sent a message that "no one answered the call", lies, we were there since 18:15 and the message was at 19:06. Too much patience and tolerance. And if they charge the entire month, they do not subtract the service. And I am not going to pay anything for the month of December 2021. I am going to cancel everything.
