El servicio en ocasiones funciona pero cuando llegas a tener alguna falla el equipo de soporte y las visitas técnicas son muy tardadas con poco interés en atender tus problemas. Las señoritas de la sucursal Soriana Las Palmas con muy mala actitud para atender dudas y solucionar problemas. No recomiendo esta sucursal para realizar algún tramite. Bad attention with constant failures and without giving a quick solution. The service sometimes works but when you get to have some failure the support team and technical visits are very slow with little interest in addressing your problems. The ladies of the branch Soriana Las Palmas with very bad attitude to answer questions and solve problems. I do not recommend this branch to perform any procedure.
