Deberían hacer algo al respecto IZZI. Recuerden que los que pagamos mantenemos los sueldos y la empresa funcionando. Un trato amable no está de más. Solucionado la cancelación de mi servicio. En 1 hora regresé a mi domicilio, comí, llamé para cancelar mi servicio y me dieran mi número de folio y regresar para finalizar con mi trámite de cancelación. La atención por parte de los empleados, muy amables !! 1 hour and 15 minutes to attend to me (3:35 p.m. to 4:50 p.m.), I'll be back in 1 hour and no people (6:20 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.). Lo único rescatable es que en recepción te atienden bien. Recomiendo mucho siempre ver la atención al cliente antes de contratar un servicio de éstos.
