Me tocó ver a una persona que llegó muy grosera y la señorita que la atendió jamás se comportó igual pero amablemente si le pidió que dejara de hablarle mal y de aventarle las cosas. The staff is friendly, they serve you quickly and solve your doubts. I had to see a person who arrived very rude and the lady who attended her never behaved the same but kindly asked her to stop talking badly and throwing things at her.

Finally i made it in to town to this location and the gentleman behind the counter was courteous, knowledgeable, and furthermore he acknowledged that they do their utmost to serve customers here since they know the phone support isn't great.
