★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto a protocolos de seguridad todo muy bien, me toco que estubiera solo una persona así que me atendieron rápido.Lo malo aqui es que para empezar el cajero fue muy prepotente y lo peor es que hizo mal su trabajo le pedí el cambio de tarjeta para los cobros y me cobro doble aparte se lavo las manos y dijo que era por parte del sistema y que si quería la devolución tendría que esperar que mejor lo dejara para el siguiente pago.Mira nadamas que chistosos muy mal este servicio al cliente.❌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy lentos para atender a la gente. Solo una persona cobra habiendo tres cajas de cobro solo hay un cobrador que a la vez atiende quejas, cancelaciones, suspensiones de servicio. Visitar ese lugar es desesperante. Y además el personal y el servicio nefasto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Increíble fui a cambiar una caja de señal ya que cambie de pantalla y su entrada es HMDI solo por cambiar aumenta la mensualidad $140 pesos se me ase un robo comentado que falla mucho la señal una vez a la semana se va la señal . Y solo dicen existe un daño masivo se está trabajando en vez d aumentar debería ver su calidad de su servicio estoy a punto de darlo de baja en lo que veo otra Carrier que me dé mejor servicio y no abusen.
