★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, si todos se dan de baja tendrá que mejorar, se deben a sus clientes. Sin clientes no son nada, conozco a varios que ya van a cancelar su contrato, nosotros incluidos. No hay internet, no teléfono, llamas a servicio y no te solucionan nada, dicen que un técnico irá a tu casa, ha pasado un mes y nada. Lo peor que le pudo pasar a Tlaxcala.
Terrible service, if everyone unsubscribes they will have to improve, they are due to their customers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vinimos a pagar y ya cerraron, son las 18.30 y ya no atienden, están 3 señoritas y pésima atención, el horario dice que cerrarán más temprano a partir del 30 de abril, es 15 del mes corriente, pésima atención, ni una estrella merece

El problema es que dos servicios que tenemos en el Restaurante Pato están con Izzi y el servicio como tal está muy mal. No dan la velocidad contratada, y obvio que ni lonque se supone es elq regalo por domiciliación.
Hoy no están trabajando ninguno de los dos servicios y programaron llamadas a las 4 y 4:10 P.M. ya pasaron 50 y 60 min. respectivamente y estamos en el sitio esperando porque hoy Pato descansa y los comensales descansan de Pato.
Y hablando de esperar realmente yo esperaba que cuando cambiara Cablecom a Izzi mejorara.
Pero tristemente veo que está peor...
Ojalá cambien su servicio, lo mejoren, cumplan lo que ofrecen y pueda poner una buena calificación.
Hablé por teléfono al 01 800 y ni siquiera por éste tuve servicio. De verdad que no les importamos los clientes.
En Tlaxcala no hay mucho de donde escoger. Hay unos pequeños, pero, es igual de mal y menos respaldo. Si alguien sabe de uno que pueda dar 50 M. reales avíseme por favor.

The problem is that two services that we have at the Pato Restaurant are with Izzi and the service as such is very bad. They do not give the contracted speed, and it is obvious that not even it is supposed to be the gift by direct debit.

In Tlaxcala there is not much to choose from. There are some small ones, but, it is just as bad and less support. If anyone knows of one that can give 50 real M. please let me know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lento, mal servicio, el cambio de cablecom a IZZI ha sido fatal, la señal es muy mala y de poca calidad, los canales poco conocidos y programación fea.
La caja decodificadora muy corriente que incluso te piden no uses el control remoto para evitar complicaciones.
Los precios subieron y el servicio bajó, la mala atención con los mismos empleados perdura.
Si se paga el servicio es porque desgraciadamente en Tlaxcala son limitadas las opciones.
