Cumple con ser un lugar donde se puede pagar, pides información y te la dan, aunque para todo siempre te quieren cobrar, incluso en trámites gratuitos sus soluciones son cambios de domicilio o cancelaciones y altas de nuevo como si fueran Mejoralitos para todo. La información no siempre es correcta y es un mal que aqueja a toda la empresa, pésima organización en la información al cliente. El lugar es chico, un solo cajero automático, algunas veces ni funciona, en un espacio tan reducido que se les ocurrió la brillantez de hacer que la puerta de acceso abra hacia adentro, lo que hace casi una hazaña al usuario poder salir. Lo único que le da la calificación al lugar es el hecho que hay WiFi para los clientes.

Pésimo el servicio, no lo contraten. Conozco a más de uno que les han planchado las tarjetas cuando lo cargas automáticamente. Yo lo contraté y decidí pagar en Oxxo y solo he recibido malos tratos, gente déspota que atiende en atención a clientes y no soluciona nada. Se cae el servicio muy seguido y no hay atención por parte de los ejecutivos telefónicos. Hoy en día todos somos personas ocupadas y ellos no respetan eso, te programan la cita para que venga el técnico y me han dejado plantado 4 veces. Es una burla!!

La chica q atiende en mostrador es muy poco servicial. Deberían de hacer un estudio de cliente encubierto para comprobarlo. Pésimo servicio.

fallan sus transmiciones abusivos en...cobros y no avisan. mucha gente se esta saliendo de su cableado. todavia nos cobran por cortar la señal. no reponen las horas de fuera de sistema. ya no es la misma calidad. hasta se enojan. los tuve diez años...no hacen caso al cliente. cuanto lo siento y adios!
