★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una lastima en verdad, super pésimo servicio, te obligan a acudir forzosamente a unasucursal para realizar el pago, tengo pago domiciliado y la fecha de exp de mi tarjeta caducó, llamo al sistema e intento pagar en directo con otra tarjeta y no lo acepta, hablo con un operador y solo me pudo brindar impedimentos para pagar, voy a la sucursal y super pésima atención por parte del personal y mucha fila hora y media para pagar. Pésimo pésimo servicio.

La Atención Telefónica es muy amable de parte de sus empleados.
Pero no me han resuelto un problema con el Internet desde hace tiempo.
Lo he reportado en 5 ocasiones, me dan fecha de visita y no lo han cumplido.
Todo empezó a raíz de que cambiaron los Módems por otro de "Nueva Tecnología''.
Ya no da el mismo alcance y lo reubicaron. Sigue el problema.
Uno de los técnicos me comentó que en realidad habían reducido la señal porque había robo de ésta.
Lo que sea, a nosotros nos "perjodicaron" y siguen cobrando lo mismo.
Sugieren que te cambies a IZZI, pero te quitan muchos canales que ahora tenemos.
O sea, sale más caro. Es una tranza!
I have not physically visited the Offices.
The Telephone Attention is very kind on the part of its employees.
But they haven't solved an internet problem for me in a while.
I have reported it on 5 occasions, they give me a visit date and they have not complied with it.
It all started after they changed the Modems for another of "New Technology".
It no longer gives the same scope and they relocated it. Follow the problem.
One of the technicians told me that they had actually reduced the signal because it had been stolen.
Whatever, we were "forfeited" and continue to charge the same.
They suggest you switch to IZZI, but they take away a lot of channels that we now have.
In other words, it is more expensive. It's a deal!
