★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor empresa de servicios que jamás halla contratado y que por desgracia no la podemos dejar ya que donde vivimos no hay otra opción, estamos sin servicio de Internet ni tv ni telefónico desde hace 2 días y todavía no nos resuelven el problema además que la señal de Internet que ofrecen es de 10 megas y ni siquiera llega a 2 megas, realmente es una porquería de servicio y no veo la hora de poder cambiarlo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, todo es ta mal, la atención a clientes y los paquetes, siempre tuve problemas con ellos pero este es el colmo, mas de 2 semanas para hacer un traspaso, y no han hecho nada ni siquiera una llamada, le pondría 0 estrellas pero no se puede.
Terrible service, everything is so bad, customer service and packages, I always had problems with them but this is the last straw, more than 2 weeks to make a transfer, and they have not done anything, not even a call, I would give it 0 stars But it can not be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente no recomiendo esta empresa, al contratar te dicen una cosa y al cancelar te cobran de más aunque no les corresponda, su sistema no marca el estatus correcto de la línea o las mismas personas ahí no lo quieren decir.
Unfortunately I do not recommend this company, when hiring they tell you one thing and when you cancel they charge you more even if it does not correspond to them, their system does not mark the correct status of the line or the people themselves do not want to say it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acaban de engañarme, me dijeron que no me cambiarían mi programación, que solo seria actualización de equipos, y sorpresa!!! me quitaron canales!!! me dejaron 60 de los 80 que tenia!! y tengo que pagar muuucho mas para rescatar los que tenia, muy mal servicio y cuidado porque engañan, muy mala compañía no la recomiendo para nada
They just tricked me, they told me that they would not change my programming, that it would only be equipment update, and surprise! Channels were taken from me !!! They left me 60 of the 80 I had !! and I have to pay a lot more to rescue the ones I had, very bad service and care because they cheat, very bad company I do not recommend it at all
