About J Beach House
JBeachHouse was one of the first beach houses built on Las Conchas. Its owners Gail and Jonathan Jarres acquired the land in 1986 and built their beach house in 1988. In 2008, they completed a full renovation. To this day, it is considered one of the most sought after beach houses on Las Conchas Beach to which the testimonials enthusiastically attest.
