★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan mucho cuidado y cuiden a sus familias cuando estén velando a alguien. Los “vendedores” de poca monta se acercan como buitres carroñeros para ofrecer sus productos. Les debería dar pena y de verdad la marca debería cuidar sus procesos. Es una falta de respeto y de absoluto profesionalismo. Es aberrante y por demás inoportuno, fuera de contexto y es una auténtica grosería.
Be very careful and take care of your families when they are watching someone. Small-scale “sellers” approach like scavenger vultures to offer their products. They should be sad and the brand should really take care of their processes. It is a lack of respect and absolute professionalism. It is aberrant and otherwise inconvenient, out of context and is a real rudeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia desde la atención por teléfono una mujer indolente gritando, al llegar a la funeraria la recepcionista de nombre Lucía atendió con prepotencia y se retiró dejándonos con la palabra en la boca, y al quejarse con una tal Monserrat que se presentó como gerente de turno no dio solución, se pidió hablar con algún superior y los gerentes generales se aventaron la culpa sin ofrecer una solución un asco de servicio esto fue en diciembre del año pasado, lamentablemente este mes ocupamos un servicio en una funeraria distinta porque decidimos no volver a ocupar j García por su pésimo personal, y la verdad en la que elegimos un servicio y atención de excelencia de principio a fin y con personal verdaderamente profesional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola a todos en especial estoy muy molesta con la Funeraria J Gracias López ya que tienen un mal servicio ya que mande un arreglo de flores para un compañero de trabajo y lo recibieron pero no lo llevaron a la Sala correspondiente, tienen una mala logística ya que siempre he utilizado la misma aplicación para realizar envíos en toda la republica mexicana y nunca había tenido ningún problema, la verdad estoy muy molesta porque mi arreglo se lo dieron a otra persona que no era.
No les recomiendo esta funeraria pésima.
Hello everyone, especially I am very annoyed with the Funeral Home J Thank you López since they have a bad service since I sent a flower arrangement for a co-worker and they received it but they did not take it to the corresponding room, they have bad logistics since I have always used the same application to make shipments throughout the Mexican Republic and I have never had any problem, the truth is that I am very upset because my arrangement was given to someone else who was not.
I do not recommend this lousy funeral home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, revisen bien sus contratos, cobran por todo, mienten en lo que ofrecen para vender. Entras a sus oficinas y los únicos amables son los buitres que ofrecen planes funerarios. De hay en fuera TODOS son unos ineptos y atienden de mal modo, hacen difícil lo que te dijeron sería fácil y de lo cual tendrías acompañamiento. No saben ni lo que ofrece cada sucursal. Les hace falta ser más humanos y sobre todo: les urge el un curso de lectura de comprensión, porque documentos elaborados por ellos mismos, no saben ni lo que dicen.
Terrible service, check your contracts well, they charge for everything, they lie about what they offer to sell. You walk into their offices and the only friendly ones are the vultures offering funeral plans. From there on out EVERYONE is inept and treats badly, they make difficult what they told you would be easy and of which you would have accompaniment. They don't even know what each branch offers. They need to be more human and above all: they urgently need a reading comprehension course, because documents prepared by themselves do not even know what they say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo el servicio excelente, lo único malo es que no dejan pasar a menores de 3 años a las instalaciones, de aen fuera es un bonito lugar y amplio para despedir a tus seres queridos, te dan un cuarto para dejar tus cosas. Por el precio está muy bien
