Desde 1981 nos ha motivado nuestra filosofía: Hacer más fáciles los momentos difíciles® misma que nos lleva a ofrecer siempre un servicio profesional y eficiente, acompañado de un trato digno, cálido y humano.
Hoy somos, gracias a su preferencia, la empresa funeraria que brinda más servicios en la Ciudad de México y área Metropolitana.
Nuestra empresa fue fundada por doña Julieta Bravo de García López en el año 1981, bajo el nombre Previsión Final. Destacamos por ser la primera compañía en ofrecer servicios de cremación fuera de un panteón, y fuimos pioneros en la venta anticipada de Planes a Futuro, accesibles y transferibles.
En la esquina de las calles General Prim y Versalles, abrimos nuestra primera agencia funeraria en 1989 con la misión bajo la cual se fundó la empresa: dar un trato digno, cálido y humano, a un precio justo. Esta agencia funeraria fue la primera a nivel nacional en ofrecer servicios crematorios en sus mismas instalaciones.
A partir de 1997, una nueva dirección general en nuestra empresa impulsó un rápido crecimiento, consolidando un fuerte equipo de trabajo. Hoy somos líderes en servicios funerarios atendidos por la iniciativa privada, una de cada tres familias nos prefiere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, se habia pagado todo con anticipacion y un paquete mas caro para que a la mera hora hicieran lo que quisieran y cobraran mas cosas y no respetaran nada de lo que prometieron. Sinceramente parecía que se querian aprovechar del dolor de la familia cuando habiamos pagado cosas que nos prometieron y no cumplieron.
El gerente fue un intento de "apoyo" que en verdad lo unico que decia es que no podia hacer nada y que el paquete que compramos no incluia nada de lo que se nos habia prometido, y hacia lo que queria con los servicios previamente pagados, sin importar lo que pidieramos. Sinceramente no volveria a contratar su servicio, ya que se sintió una estafa a pesar de haber hecho y pagado todo antes de tiempo.
Incluso el marcapasos que solicitamos se quitara. Que incluso se pagaron 2000 pesos se nos entrego literalmente envuelto en un rollo de papel y nada mas.
Terrible service, everything had been paid in advance and a more expensive package so that at the mere hour they could do what they wanted and charge more things and not respect anything they promised. Honestly, it seemed that they wanted to take advantage of the family's pain when we had paid for things that they promised us and did not fulfill.
The manager was an attempt to "support" that really the only thing he said was that he could not do anything and that the package we bought did not include anything that had been promised to us, and he did what he wanted with the previously paid services, no matter what we ask for. Honestly, I would not hire your service again, since it felt like a scam despite having done and paid for everything ahead of time.
Even the pacemaker we requested will be removed. That even 2000 pesos were paid, it was delivered to us literally wrapped in a roll of paper and nothing else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es pésima, si te traen un detalle de comer no te lo dejan pasar, la comida de la cafetería es fea y para que te atienda a las 3pm hay que esperar horas a que se desocupe la señora de la cafetera, no te dejan entrar alimentos pero si les piden un agua y ya no tienen no te pueden ayudar a conseguirla. Queda claro que es un negocio pero no tienen un trato humano.
The attention is terrible, if they bring you a detail of eating they do not let you go, the cafeteria food is ugly and to attend you at 3pm you have to wait hours for the lady in the coffee shop to get away, they do not let you enter food but if they ask for a water and they no longer have it, they can not help you get it. It is clear that it is a business but they do not have a humane treatment.
