Desde 1981 nos ha motivado nuestra filosofía: Hacer más fáciles los momentos difíciles® misma que nos lleva a ofrecer siempre un servicio profesional y eficiente, acompañado de un trato digno, cálido y humano.
Hoy somos, gracias a su preferencia, la empresa funeraria que brinda más servicios en la Ciudad de México y área Metropolitana.
Nuestra empresa fue fundada por doña Julieta Bravo de García López en el año 1981, bajo el nombre Previsión Final. Destacamos por ser la primera compañía en ofrecer servicios de cremación fuera de un panteón, y fuimos pioneros en la venta anticipada de Planes a Futuro, accesibles y transferibles.
En la esquina de las calles General Prim y Versalles, abrimos nuestra primera agencia funeraria en 1989 con la misión bajo la cual se fundó la empresa: dar un trato digno, cálido y humano, a un precio justo. Esta agencia funeraria fue la primera a nivel nacional en ofrecer servicios crematorios en sus mismas instalaciones.
A partir de 1997, una nueva dirección general en nuestra empresa impulsó un rápido crecimiento, consolidando un fuerte equipo de trabajo. Hoy somos líderes en servicios funerarios atendidos por la iniciativa privada, una de cada tres familias nos prefiere.

Cuando se llevan el féretro no se llevan las flores, la carroza en camino al cementerio iba muy rápido!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuenta con valet parking y ofrece paquetes funerarios de diversos precios aunque las salas para velar son pocas y por estar a un costado de periférico es algo ruidoso por el tráfico y el transporte pesado.
Uno de los puntos muy en contra es las escaleras de la entrada ya que no cuentan con barandal por lo que son muy peligrosas para los menores y los adultos mayores, cuenta con elevador.
It has valet parking and offers funeral packages of various prices although the rooms to watch are few and being on the side of the peripheral is somewhat noisy due to traffic and heavy transport.
One of the points against it is the entrance stairs because they do not have a rail so they are very dangerous for children and older adults, it has an elevator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Mi familia contrató un paquete muy costoso y finalmente no se hicieron cargo de trámites básicos.
Entregaron a mi abuelito muy tarde, no entregaron todo lo que habíamos pagado, y con muy mal servicio. Solo aumentaron el dolor de la pena y desesperación de la familia.
No le recomiendo a nadie contratar con ellos.
Terrible service. My family hired a very expensive package and finally they did not take care of basic paperwork.
They delivered my grandfather very late, they did not deliver everything we had paid for, and with very poor service. It only increased the pain of grief and despair of the family.

Si quieres tus servicios tienes que ir a exigirlos y aparte de todo tu estar atrás de ellos para que se te dé la atención. Oye
Aparte pagamos por un nicho distinto y fue un show para que no los dieran por qué no querían.
De verdad el peor de los tratos, y el peor de los servicios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio está bien en realidad ; es respetuoso, y cierran la capilla al irse todos si así se pide, pero el servicio es las 24 horas. Las instancias son pequeños por lo que sube la temperatura fácilmente, aunque cueva con aire acondicionado, y el servicio de cafetería está pensado para que uno consuma después de su tienda.
