★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper mal servicio, la Señora Susana, que es la encargada de atención a clientes y ventas desconoce su trabajo, espere más de 1 mes para que entregaran una sala y me la entregaron mal, no resuelven absolutamente nada en fábrica, encima de su error uno tiene que llevar por sus medios los muebles al local a ver si tienen una solución, JAMAS COMPREN a menos que quieran perder su tiempo y su dinero, entre tienda y fábrica se echan la bolita y solo contactan para justificar y echarle la culpa al cliente cuando hay evidencias y error de ellos… repito NO COMPREN JAMÁS
 Super bad service, Mrs. Susana, who is in charge of customer service and sales, does not know her work, I waited more than 1 month for them to deliver a room and they delivered it to me wrong, they do not solve anything at all in the factory, on top of their mistake one You have to take the furniture to the place on your own to see if they have a solution, they NEVER BUY unless they want to waste their time and money, between store and factory they throw the ball and only contact to justify and blame the customer when there is evidence and their error ... I repeat, DO NOT BUY EVER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llevo más de un mes esperando mis muebles y no llegan. Tardaron dos meses en entregarme los muebles, son de muy mala calidad, ai tienen niños no les duraran ni una semana, si compran con ellos pidanles su razon social y un contrato completo, no solo una nota por que no les sirve para nada
Terrible service, I've been waiting for more than a month for my furniture and they don't arrive. It took two months to deliver the furniture to me, they are of very poor quality, if they have children they will not last a week, if they buy from them ask them for their business name and a complete contract, not just a note because it is of no use to them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hemos sido estafados con un sillón y una cabecera ya no nos contesta las llamadas son casi 8,000 pesos los que nos han robado y ya la Muebleria ni siquiera abre por favor no compren ahí son unos estafadores, la persona que nos vendió me dijo que se llamaba Juan Carlos y cuando me mandaba audios me decía que era José Luis y al parecer es a lo que se dedican a estafar a las personas
