Lo lleve arregrarlo del motor de dirección hidráulica y quedo bien. Pero se me hizo poco profesional que me cobraran 580 pesos del alineación y balanceo y me dijeron que estaba mal la horquilla superior izquierda que tenia que cambiarlo, el carro no quedo alineado ya que se va chueco hacia la izquierda. En este caso tuvieron que haber avisado antes ya que con alineando no iba quedar el carro.

Llevé mi auto a realizar un diagnóstico y perdieron el birlo de seguridad, el encargado dijo que era mi problema por no darme cuenta de inmediato. Pésima forma de atender un cliente Aclaro, que sí revisaron los frenos porque el encargado me dijo que las pastas estaban a menos de media vida y que habían colocado correctamente los birlos de seguridad ya que la tapa de los birlo no asentaba correctamente. Sinceramente quitar los birlos fue tan sencillo que creo que capacitar a tu personal no te costaría tanto y ofrecer soluciones a tus clientes es de lo que vives. Si no me encontraron en el sistema es porque no pudieron realizar el escaneo. Insisto, no gano nada con dar una mala recomendación, solo expresó la realidad de los hechos tal como ocurrieron y ustedes solo buscan la forma de evitar sus responsabilidades en sus servicios.

Pésimo taller, lleve mi auto para que le quitaran un ruido y solo le ponían aceite cuando era cambio de gomas en la barra estabilizadora, lo lleve varios días y no le hacían nada, un día llegué sin avisar al taller y vi que mi auto solo lo tenían estacionado en la calle con los seguros abiertos como para que alguien le pudiera robar la llanta de refacción o la herramienta, a mi carro le cambiaron las gomas de la barra estabilizadora después de muchos días de ir por lo mismo, las gomas que me costaron 1000 por las dos más la mano de obra fueron 1650, después del cambio, se presentó un golpeteo ligero, hable y me dijeron que era normal en lo que se acentaba las gomas, así lo traje un tiempo y nada que se quitaba, lo traje a otro taller y me mostraron como las gomas están bien guangas, es decir, flojas, es xq le pusieron unas que no son las adecuadas, la verdad este taller solo atiende bien a la gente que lleva autos caros y a los que llevamos autos más normales nos dejan de lado y hacen las cosas al ahí se va. Fui a que le pusieran unos amortiguadores y resultó peor lo que era 1 día de entrega resultaron 7 días y además con peores fallas de hecho le rompieron la base de la computadora a mi auto, se quebró un balero desconfiguraron el tablero muy mala experiencia. El trato amable "_" pareciera que si no llevas un auto de lujo el.servicio es lo de menos!!!

Buen servicio y buen precio para llevar tu auto de gama alta. Ahí llevo mis autos BMW y me sale en una fracción de lo que cobra la agencia y con la misma marca de refacciones. Solo revisa que te devuelvan el dado de tus llantas porque ya me pasó dos veces que no me los devuelven.
