I really do not recommend it, they lost my packages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen puntos para dejar tus paquetes, no llegan por las recolecciones tampoco ni contestan nunca su teléfono ni chat. No entiendo cómo es que funciona esta empresa si parece que no tienen ningún empleado.
They do not have points to leave your packages, they do not arrive for collections nor do they ever answer their phone or chat. I don't understand how this company works if they don't seem to have any employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En extremo pésimo servicio, no contestan en las llamadas ni en el chat, cuando llega el repartidor solamente se baja para decir que no trae el paquete, prometen regresar y jamás regresan, llevo más de 2 semana esperando mi paquete y no se digna ni de mandar un seguimiento
Extremely lousy service, they do not answer calls or chat, when the delivery man arrives he only gets off to say that he does not bring the package, they promise to return and they never return, I have been waiting for my package for more than 2 weeks and he does not even deign to send a follow up
