Tardaron en enviarla y llegó mal, los componentes parece que los sacan de una cubeta de refacciones con las que arman los equipos. He tenido que cambiar los componentes por mi cuenta por los correctos y específicos que necesita para funcionar el equipo de forma eficiente. Siempre se sobrecalentaba el equipo y algunos programas se cerraban por la incompatibilidad entre el hardware. En varias ocasiones, antes de intervenirla, estuvo presentando fallas que estuvieron a punto de dejarla inservible. Jamás adquieran equipos aquí, solo conseguirán problemas y lo que de por si ya es caro, sale aún más caro. (Inversión inicial $10,000 mxn /intervenciones para correcto funcionamiento: $4000. Total: $14000) Hubiera sido mejor comprar un equipo nuevo.

De verdad no compren, es malgastar el dinero en estas personas
Terrible seriously, do not buy in this place, all the products are used, old with scratches, and apparently of doubtful origin because not even to verify that the equipment is yours. Also, if you mark, a super arrogant lady answers you and my ... why doesn't it help you at all.
Really don't buy, it's wasting money on these people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace menos de 15 días hice el pedido de una HP pro book por medio de Claroshop y el equipo venía horrible y con un montón de detalles estéticos: teclas gastadas, cuarteduras, rayones e incluso el portadisco venía lleno de un montón de POLVO(por mencionar sólo su aspecto) además de que mi computadora ya NO ENCIENDE en lo absoluto :(
Muy pésima opción para adquirir equipos.
Claroshop se deslinda por completo de responsabilidades. No he hecho ni si quiera la primera mensualidad y ya se averió la computadora.
Quedo decepcionadísima de Jenval México.
Less than 15 days ago I ordered an HP pro book through Claroshop and the equipment came horrible and with a lot of aesthetic details: worn keys, cracks, scratches and even the disc holder was full of a lot of DUST (to mention just how it looks) plus my computer DOESN'T TURN ON at all :(
Very lousy option to acquire equipment.
Claroshop completely disclaims responsibilities. I have not even made the first monthly payment and the computer has already broken down.
I am extremely disappointed in Jenval Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre en claroshop y dicen que en equipo reacondicionado no hay devoluciones, hable para la garantía del equipo al siguiente día de recibida porque no funciona la pila interna y la Señora que me contesto muy altanera, grosera y prepotente, burlonamente me dijo que si cargaba 1 hora si esta funcionando y me colgó, por whatsapp es la misma que contesta. Pésimo changarro. Arrepentida de esta compra.

Me fui directo al proveedor y la atención por WhatsApp del técnico fue excelente. Lastima que al llegar a la oficina de portales, tiene trabajando a unas mujeres que no tienen ni la más mínima idea de lo que es servicio al cliente. Groseras y mal encaradas déspotas. Pero agradezco mucho la atención del técnico, lamentablemente no tengo su nombre. Pero él y otro chico de gerencia. Muy atentos.
