The Jabali con queso is so good I will be dreaming about it my entire flight back home to Denver, Co.
Let’s be honest tho. Any of the jabali dishes are incredible.
I tried the steak and it was also incredible. But we just don’t get a lot of wild boar back in the states.
I love the wild boar meat. It is truly a incredible taste and the cook on it is truly masterful. Nice pink smoke ring on the meat. Not over seasoned so you can taste how good the meat really is.
