★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención telefónica, transfieren al área respectiva y no tienen la respuesta acertada, además se esconden por no conocer el número, una empresa no tiene porqué seleccionar quien llama o no, deben responder a quien les hable o envíe mensajes. Deberían seleccionar mejor al personal que labora ahí. Una empresa crece de acuerdo a lo preparados que estén sus empleados y así no hay manera de ayudarlos.
Terrible telephone service, they transfer to the respective area and they do not have the right answer, they also hide because they do not know the number, a company does not have to select who calls or not, they must respond to whoever speaks to them or sends messages. They should better select the staff that works there. A company grows according to how prepared its employees are and there is no way to help them.
