★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio al cliente, tuvimos un problema con un auto nuevo a los 15 dias de comprado... cosa que nunca esperas de algo recien comprado y con una simple disculpe usted les fue mas que suficiente para ellos, nada empaticos ni la gerencia ni los trabajadores, por si deciden comprar bueno eso es lo que pueden esperar si presentan un problema! : )
 Very bad customer service, we had a problem with a new car 15 days after it was purchased... something you never expect from something recently purchased and with a simple apology you were more than enough for them, nothing empathic neither the management nor the workers, in case they decide to buy well that's what they can expect if they have a problem! : )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy mala experiencia, es la primera vez que los visito y me atendió unq señorita con el nombre de Miriam Hernández, pedí ver camionetas y la opción que me ofreció no había, entonces no se le ocurrió ofrecerme algo más para conocer su marca, me dijo que me mandaba las fotos de la camioneta por what's y que a finales de mes la tendría en existencia y programaba una cita para que la fuera a ver. supongo que piensa que fui para que me mandarán las fotos por what. que mal servicio ?me cayeron muy mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es maravillosa, desde que llegas te dan una calida bienvenida, el único detalle es la estética de la fachada, es un edificio viejo y no se ve mucho mantenimiento, sin embargo se lleva a muchas agencias en calidad de atención y profesionalismo, tienen todos los protocolos COVID. La atención de la Srta Miriam Arroyo es excelente.
The attention is wonderful, from the moment you arrive you are given a warm welcome, the only detail is the aesthetics of the facade, it is an old building and there is not much maintenance, however many agencies are taken in quality of care and professionalism, they have all COVID protocols. Ms. Miriam Arroyo's attention is excellent.
