Hay que venir con tiempo, ya que es lugar pequeño y tardan en atenderte, pero es muy agradable tomar una taza de café rodeado de la naturaleza del lugar. Los sábados y domingos hay música en vivo y má gente, pero por las tardes es bueno venir con la tranquilidad. La calidad de sus alimentos es excelente, amo sus chapatas de jamón de pavo y el café Bruno. La chapata viene en un pancito hojaldrado delicioso pero parece que es por volado porque a veces me lo han dado en pan normal que está bien, pero el hojaldrado es mi fav. El gran PERO que les pongo es que son la cosa más lenta del universo. De todas las veces que he ido (más de 10), solo 1 vez me han entregado en un tiempo razonable. No importa si hay mucha gente o no, siempre parece que les falta staff porque se tardan un montón. La última vez que fui un domingo en la mañana, estaba tranquilo y aún así se tardaron 1 hora en entregarme! Ese día sí me molesté y terminé cancelando parte de la orden para ya irme. Sigo regresando porque amo su café pero me gustaría que mejoraran sus tiempos de entrega. Deberían llevar un registro, en una hoja de Excel o un pizarron, con la orden, nombre y hora en que lo pidieron para que puedan organizarse mejor y presionarse cuando vean que el tiempo de sus órdenes aumenta y que nunca sobrepasen los 40 minutos, que en mi experiencia ha sido la media de espera :( It hurts me to put 3 but with 4 they may not pay attention to me and I really want them to read my comment. The quality of their food is excellent, I love their turkey ham ciabatta and Bruno coffee. The ciabatta comes in a delicious puff pastry bun but it seems that it is because sometimes they have given it to me in normal bread which is fine, but the puff pastry is my fav. The big BUT that I put on them is that they are the slowest thing in the universe. Out of all the times I've been there (10+), only 1 time have I been delivered in a reasonable amount of time. It doesn't matter if there are a lot of people or not, they always seem to lack staff because they take a lot of time. The last time I went on a Sunday morning, it was quiet and it still took 1 hour to deliver! That day I did get upset and ended up canceling part of the order to leave. I keep coming back because I love their coffee but I wish they would improve their delivery times. They should keep a record, in an Excel sheet or on a blackboard, with the order, name and time they requested it so that they can better organize themselves and put pressure on themselves when they see that the time of their orders increases and that they never exceed 40 minutes, that in my experience it has been the average wait :(

Lo recomiendo bastante. A quite nice place, very nice atmosphere and above all they are very friendly. They always serve you with a good attitude and that makes for a very pleasant experience. Si siguen la ruta que marca el mapa terminarán en una cerrada en la que no se puede estacionar.
