Estaba adentro ya pidiendo la mercancía, estaba por sacar mi lista de material y en lugar de atenderme dejaron pasar antes a un fulano que estaba atrás de mi lo despacharon antes que a mí sin respetar mi turno.No respetan la sana distancia . Si llamas por teléfono al local, ni si quiera te quieren dar información sobre los productos ni precios. En resumen, pésimo servicio al cliente, precios altísimos, tipas que te atienden super altaneramente, no tienen respeto por sus clientes. Que vergüenza.

I was inside and asking for the merchandise, I was about to get my list of material and instead of attending to me they let a guy who was behind me pass before they dispatched him before me without respecting my turn. They do not respect the healthy distance. If you call the local by phone, they don't even want to give you information about the products or prices. In short, lousy customer service, very high prices, ladies who serve you super haughtily, they have no respect for their customers. What a shame.

Le pedí a la chica lo que quería y luego luego hizo cara, bien de malas, pero no dejaba de ver la tele que estaba mas entretenida, ni siquiera volteó a verme. Siempre que he comprado aquí ha sido así.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé el día de hoy para preguntar la hora de cierre y me dijeron que era a las 19:00hras. Llegue al local a las 18:10 y estaban cerrando, les dije que había marcado antes para confirmar la hora a lo que contestaron que ese era el horario, mientras otra señora ajena al negocio me confirmo que si cerraban a las 19:00 pero que estaban diciendo que irían a una fiesta (en plena pandemia además) y estaban bebiendo cerveza fuera del local… Muy mala experiencia, mal trato por parte de los empleados y es una falta de respeto que no respeten los horarios… No lo recomiendo en absoluto!
