La primera prueba de maquillaje y peinado no quedó bien, me ofrecieron una segunda prueba y quedó mejor, pero no estaba igual el día de la boda. El peinado no me duró y el maquillaje menos, a pesar que usan productos de buena calidad. Las uñas de mi paquete quedaron también muy mal, me ofrecieron repararlo pero las chicas que hacen las uñas parecen tener poca experiencia con acrílico.
No cumplieron con las horas contratadas de servicio a domicilio y no alcanzaron a arreglar a mi mamá por lo mismo, al final me dijeron que se tenían que ir más temprano de lo acordado.
I was not satisfied with my wedding service. The first test of makeup and hairstyle was not good, I was offered a second test and it was better, but it was not the same on the day of the wedding. The hairstyle did not last and makeup less, although they use good quality products. The nails of my package were also very bad, I was offered to repair it but the girls who make the nails seem to have little experience with acrylic.
They did not comply with the contracted hours of home service and did not manage to fix my mother for the same, in the end they told me that they had to leave earlier than agreed.
