Very clean, quiet place and the houses are very spacious, in general the location is in the southern polygon, however it is important to note that getting there without a car is complicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foreigners, Be careful with this “Jade Residencial” the Developer is a scammer, the complex has issues with privacy, and security, and the developers claims to owns the common areas of the complex (there is not access) , and there is a despute going on with the residents.
