★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Jade is an oriental themed restaurant in the main building close to the lobby, it has has great decorating wonderful ambience. It is open for breakfast sometimes, we really enjoyed it for breakfast more than once during our stay. You have most of the typical choices bacon eggs French toast all that kind of stuff but in addition there's some Chinese type stuff. Some seems more like Chinese dinner so it's like you got leftover Chinese for breakfast which I love. And then there's some limited dim sum type stuff. If I had a criticism it would be I wish that they would go a little more hardcore dim sum. Definitely recommend, definitely go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely one of the better options on the property. Sushi was good, prefer the sashimi. Spent our last resort bucks here on the Steak upgrade. Steak was good and cooked properly (unlike J.C.'s). Decent selection of beers to go with the theme. Staff is friendly and stayed until of our very large table. Ate here a few times during our week visit and they were consistently good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here at this hotel restaurant in The Grand in cancun Mexico. Food was pretty prompt and delicious! Staff was very friendly and attentive. Word of caution, for gentlemen they are a bit more strict in terms of dress code. Reservations are not required at this hotel restaurant. Drinks were fancy but tasty. I would definitely return to this hotel restaurant again and definitely recommend it to anyone st the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order at least 10 dishes for yourself here because portions are extremely tiny and the food takes a while to come out. When my sister and I ordered 2 hot stone beefs, 1 for each of us, the waiter told us that dish was to share and we should only order 1. I was dismayed when the dish came out 50 minutes later with 6 thin, bite-sized pieces of beef.
Food was generally really good although it lacked an authentic Asian flavor. Some criticisms that I have are that the miso soup had too much green onions and no tofu. Also, the kimchi was mostly non-cabbage vegetables drenched in what tasted like vinegar.
At the end of the meal, I was still hungry but we had been at the restaurant almost 2 hours already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really mediocre Asian food. Everything was very dry, the flavor was superficial… and not to say the kids menu was really bad… oily, gross… my child refused to eat ..
Service was great. There people work hard but the quality is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jade has the best food I've had at The Grand. I really enjoyed their steak, and I also loved the Nigri I had. Some steak I've had at The Grand is overdone, but not this one. Seriously delicious. Their cocktails are also quite nice.

Presentation is good. But compared to proper Japanese cuisine this place sucks
The steak on the stone was absolutely tasteless I don’t get how they do it ??♂️
The breakfast here tho was great same buffet style but MUCH quieter than the big buffet
