★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível, não vieram realizar minha entrega e no sait esta aparecendo que esta ausente sendo que ninguém nem veio realizar a entrega. Telefones não são válidos, não completa a chamada, empresa horrível.
 Horrible experience, they didn't come to make my delivery and on the sait it appears that it is absent and no one even came to make the delivery. Phones are not valid, does not complete the call, horrible company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha encomenda está atrasada e está 6 dias parado em Vila velha, o telefone da empresa não funciona, não consigo contato com ngm para solucionar meu problema! parece que estão fazendo favor pra mim... já podem fechar as portas...
My order is late and it's been stopped in Vila Velha for 6 days, the company's phone doesn't work, I can't contact ngm to solve my problem! looks like they're doing me a favor... now they can close the doors...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, o entregador chega no local reclamando e falando alto que não colocamos o nome da loja sendo que isso vem da empresa que envia e estava escrito no pacote ele que não leu. Falta profissionalismo e educação, é a segunda vez que a mesma pessoa tem esse tipo de atitude. O problema é a falta de educação.
Bad service, the delivery man arrives at the place complaining and talking loudly that we didn't put the name of the store since this comes from the company that sends it and it was written on the package that he didn't read it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ponto da Jadlog em Novo México é meio escondido, tem um porta grande na frente, sem interfone, sem campanhia,sem identificação. É preciso abrir esse portão pra ter acesso ao interfone,daí vem um atendente. Fui muito bem atendido,a menina foi muito solicita e se prontificou a imprimir a etiqueta de devolução, eu não tinha feito, e conseguiu entregar a encomenda.
The Jadlog point in New Mexico is kind of hidden, it has a big front door, no intercom, no ringing, no identification. You have to open this gate to have access to the intercom, then an attendant comes. I was very well attended, the girl was very helpful and was ready to print the return label, which I had not done, and she managed to deliver the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os telefones dessa empresa foram feitos para enfeite, com certeza. Recebi a msg que minha entrega não chegou pq o número não existe. Mas para os correios e outras transportadoras existe. Por favor entre em contato com os clientes por telefone. Estou na esperança de que vcs irão ver minha msg por aqui.
This company's phones were made for decoration, that's for sure. I received the message that my delivery did not arrive because the number does not exist. But for the post office and other carriers there is. Please contact customers by phone. I'm hoping you guys will see my message here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Trabalho em casa, fiquei atenta aguardando e entregaram minha encomenda em outro endereço. Mesmo que beu não estivesse em casa eles deveriam cumprir as três tentativas de entrega e não cumpriram. Aguardo saber onde entregaram minha encomenda, pois não tenho como adivinhar onde está. Quem recebeu ainda não se achou na obrigação de me entregar.
Terrible service. I work at home, I was attentive waiting and they delivered my order to another address. Even if beu wasn't at home, they had to comply with the three delivery attempts and they didn't. I wait to know where they delivered my order, because I have no way of guessing where it is. Whoever received it has not yet felt obliged to deliver it to me.

Nenhum meio de cotato funciona, isso chama-se descaso, tenho uma entrega/remerssa em rota que nao chega nunca e eles disem q o endereço esta insuficienete porem existe um telefone ou zap que eles podem ligar a hora q quiser e nao fazem estou presa em casa sem poder trabalhar ha exatos 14 dias aguardando a entrega que é justamente para meu trabalho tb ! Vou querer indenizacao sobre isso ja estou com adv me orientando!
Worst delivery company that ML uses! No means of contact works, this is called negligence, I have a delivery/shipment en route that never arrives and they say the address is insufficient but there is a phone or zap that they can call whenever they want and they don't do it I'm stuck in home without being able to work for exactly 14 days waiting for the delivery which is precisely for my work too! I'm going to want compensation on this I'm already with adv guiding me!
