It isn't very often you can go to a business and leave feeling like you are important. Land Rover Merida are very professional and have an excellent staff that go the extra mile to answer your questions. If you are looking for a car dealer with great service and professionalism, Land Rover Merida is your dealership.

First they do not have a scanner for Range Rover 2001 or older.Which means that they cannot work on your vechicle.Second their service manager recommends if your vehicle is having transmission problems to take it to his friend's father Luis May to work on it.Herbert the service manager tells it will take 10 days to rebuild the transmission.Well it took 42 days and after the transmission rebuild the truck still shifted awlful.Anyway after it was taken to an electrician they said it needed a transmission control module.I ordered one myself and put it in.The truck shifted fine except after about four days the whole truck caught on fire.The fire inspector said it caught on fire because a faulty rebuild.They did not seal it properly which then leaked oil.So my advice is don't trust this dealership.Also the service manager would never give me the address where my truck was being worked on.The owner of this dealership should not call it an Range Rover Dealership, but I am sure he loved to sale you a new one.

I was totally shocked yesterday, when I was turned down for service because I did not purchase my parts from Land Rover. Their mechanics are the best and have always done a great job on working on my Land Rover. However the company's new rule to reject any service if you don't purchase your parts from them is absolutely absurd.

I am very disappointed with how this dealer operates. They have my vehicle since September. I was told that it would take 30days to receive the parts, which was to be in October. When it was 30days I called to check & was told that the parts did not arrive. I was given another promised date for November 14th, 2017 and when I checked back in November 1 part was still missing. To date I cannot get a confirmed date as to when that last part will arrive. I believe that they are very unprofessional and doesn’t treat their customer as priority. This is very inconveniencing to me as I did not expect to be without a vehicle for 3 months. I currently have to rent a vehicle to get by and this is very costly. I have asked to be compensated and even that seems to be a problem. With my experience this company is far from achieving their slogan “above and beyond”!

Worst service ever experienced in the 30+ years I’ve owned vehicles. Land Rover Merida has had my car 4 different times this year, each time for 6-8 weeks. And each time they return it to me there are new problems making the car undriveable. The service department is completely unresponsive and requests to speak with a manager are ignored. They do not answer emails or texts or provide accurate or timely information regarding problems. I have been waiting for 3 months for clarification on the new problems that they created when they had it for 2 months to fix the last problem. I have not been able to drive my LR4 for 6 months now and, after promising several times to send an estimate, are now ignoring my requests entirely. The last 3 times I have taken it to them, the service required warning light has come on by the time I reach my house after they “repaired” the car and released it to me as ready. We have 3 Land Rovers and the service over the last 18 months has been so terrible we will never buy another of their vehicles. Do not buy a vehicle from them if you expect quality and timely service!
