Pero ahora busco ala persona que me atendio (Srita. Melina) para hacer una compra y no me contesta la llamada, hable ala planta y me dieron un numero para comunicarme con otra persona para darle seguimiento
Y no tengo respuesta. Espero que se escale a un alto mando para que resuelvan esto.
The first time they took great care of me, I was satisfied with the service.
But now I am looking for the person who attended me (Ms. Melina) to make a purchase and she does not answer the call, I called the plant and they gave me a number to communicate with another person to follow up
And I have no answer. I hope a higher command is escalated to resolve this.
