★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un modelo por mas de 1 millon de pesos, al mes ya tenia al motor descompuesto , al ir a reclamar me pidieron una barbaridad de dinero por exportar el motor desde reino unido pesimo... sus carros parecen de jugete

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención telefónica por parte del personal fingen amabilidad pero no resuelven quedan en llamar a los 15 min según te están enviando lo que solicitaste y nada 14 llamadas en 2 dias y no resolvieron nada el gerente no se digno ni a tomar la llamada por personas y pésima atención como la que dan es que estamos tan mal en el país!!!!
Tras tanto reclamo y problema agradezco a la señorita Elizabeth Jiménez y a Raquel que solucionaron rápida y eficientemente mi problema
Very bad telephone attention by the staff, they pretend to be kind but do not resolve, they agree to call after 15 min as they are sending you what you requested and nothing 14 calls in 2 days and they did not solve anything the manager did not even deign to take the call for people and terrible attention like the one they give is that we are so bad in the country !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un BMW i3, me lo entregaron sucio de adentro, sin manuales, el permiso de circulación tenía un error en la serie y no me lo quisieron cambiar. La factura la hicieron mal y hasta la fecha no me la han entregado.
En general fue muy mala experiencia desde la primer visita. El vendedor Gabriel nunca le dio seguimiento, posteriormente me atendió Ana un poco mejor pero al final sigue siendo muy mala la atención.
Ya es un mes que lo compré y no me han entregado las placas y se niegan a darme otro permiso para seguir circulando. Ana prometió que lo entregaría con los servicios hechos, sólo fue mentira porque los tiene vencidos.
Tuve la peor experiencia de compra, si tienen una segunda opción les sugiero considerarla. Gracias por leer mi reseña.
I bought a BMW i3, they gave it to me dirty from the inside, without manuals, the registration certificate had an error in the series and they did not want to change it. The invoice was made wrong and to date it has not been delivered to me.
Overall it was a very bad experience from the first visit. The seller Gabriel never followed up, later Ana treated me a little better but in the end the service is still very bad.
It is already a month that I bought it and they have not given me the plates and they refuse to give me another permission to continue driving. Ana promised that she would deliver him with the services done, it was only a lie because they have expired.
I had the worst shopping experience, if you have a second option I suggest you consider it. Thanks for reading my review.
