★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace como 15 días fui a comprar una Kia en seminuevos y ya estaba haciendo la transferencia del apartado y me dijeron que me esperara, que el lunes me resolvían. Hablé el lunes y hasta la fecha no me marcan, y la camioneta sigue ahí. Mejor me hayan dicho que no la quieren vender y punto.
About 15 days ago I went to buy a pre-owned Kia and I was already making the transfer of the section and they told me to wait, they would solve me on Monday. I spoke on Monday and to date they do not mark me, and the truck is still there. Better they have told me that they do not want to sell it, period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Departamento de Servicio. Ya nos han cambiado dos veces dé asesor y siguen igual de perezosos (por no utilizar una palabra más vulgar). No dan seguimiento, hay que estarlos correteando, no cumplen lo que dicen que van a hacer, etc - ¡la verdad no sé qué hacen todo el día! Acabamos de comprar una camioneta nueva para reemplazar nuestra DISCOVERY 2015 y ya mejor optamos por MERCEDES BENZ. ¡¡¡Pésimo servicio LAND ROVER en Guadalajara!!!
Terrible Service Department. They have already changed our advisor twice and they are still just as lazy (for not using a more vulgar word). They do not follow up, you have to be running around them, they do not comply with what they say they are going to do, etc - I really don't know what they do all day! We just bought a new pickup to replace our 2015 DISCOVERY and we opted for MERCEDES BENZ instead. Terrible LAND ROVER service in Guadalajara !!!

Por favor no adquieran esta marca! Solo hay una agencia en GDL!!!
