★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, desde atencion a cliente, hasta el producto, 12/18 cajas dañadas de piso, vuelven a resurtir y lo mismo, 10 cajas dañadas, tratas de encontrar una solucion y le lanzan la pelotita a su almacén /proveedor.
Llevo esperando el piso desde Noviembre 2020.
 Terrible, from customer service to the product, 12/18 damaged boxes on the floor, they restock again and the same, 10 damaged boxes, you try to find a solution and they throw the ball at your warehouse / supplier.
I have been waiting for the apartment since November 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aquí es más bien un outlet, consigues buenos pisos a buenos precios, solo considerar que ya es un outlet, hasta ahí bien, en cuanto a la instalación ese ya es otro boleto, uno se confía a que te envían con un instalador profesional, pero no es así, el tipo sabe, pero no quiere, te deja el trabajo a medias y se desaparece, ya alguien más opino lo mismo, a mi quien me recomendó el lugar tuvo una buena experiencia, ¿ será distinto instalador?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a este lugar por recomendacion pero en lo que cabe me quedaron mal, a ultima hora me dicen que el piso que compre no esta disponible y que me enviaron otro "parecido" y la peor parte fue con los de instalacion me cobraron por adelantado no terminaron su trabajo y todavia me agarre con ellos porque querian cobrar de mas por cosas que ni me hicieron PD el precio de 30 mt2 es puro gancho , hay esta la prueba quedo de ir el domingo y me dejo en visto a de ver andado crudo , contrate a alguien mas para acabar!!
I went to this place for recommendation but as far as possible, they left me badly, at the last minute they tell me that the apartment I bought is not available and that they sent me another "similar" and the worst part was with the installation they charged me in advance. They finished their work and I still got hold of them because they wanted to overcharge for things that they didn't even do to me PS the price of 30 mt2 is pure hook, there is this proof I stay to go on Sunday and I let myself in seen to see raw walk, hire someone else to finish !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general está bien el local los precios están bien,solo falta más atención al cliente como preguntar qué tipo de piso busca presupuesto aproximado etcc en vez de eso el cliente anda como alma en pena en la pequeña tienda,si eres un pequeño negocio ten un mejor servicio tanto en atención como en entrega de productos.
