No se de que sirve que tengan miles de productos en exhibición si no cuentan con nada. Personal pésimo. Very bad customer service, of the 7 products I asked they told me “there is none” in a very bad way. I don't know what the use of having thousands of products on display if they don't have anything. Terrible staff.

Les falta agilidad en la atención, siento que no se dan abasto. En general buena opción para tus necesidades en herrajes, jako es una excelente marca. Por ej. un bote de basura con separador para orgánica y estructura para fijar al interior de un mueble en la.cocina. They have good variety and give good service. Si solo quieres cotizar tienes que esperar a que alguien te atienda..
