Pero lo malo es que a la hora de surtir no tienen la pieza sino hasta dentro de 30 o 40 días
Y requieren establecer convenios con sus proveedores para agilizar la entrega ya que mi cliente no se pudo esperar tanto tiempo y se vino abajo el negocio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualización Febrero 2022, al parecere hubo cambios en todo su personal y se nota en el servicio y conocimientos de la actual administración la cual es patetica, si lo que quieren es quebrar la marca van por buen camino: cero empatia por el cliente no les interesa atenderte y el supuesto gerente se la pasa riendo en bodega, el teléfono sonando y su solución es guardarlo en un cajón, en definitiva no volvere a comprar en esta sucursal, prefiero hacer mis pedidos en su pagina web!

Lo bueno: Productos novedosos y precios acorde a la calidad, la atención del personal es muy buena.
Lo malo: Su sistema falla mucho y son pocas personas en ventas (solo hay una vendedora y el gerente apoya) para la cantidad de clientes que llegan a tener.
Es pequeña la tienda.
Lo que deben mejorar: Su fachada está desgastada y no hay un solo anuncio de su marca o lo que venden, pase 2 veces y no encontraba el lugar.
Update February 2022, apparently there were changes in all their staff and it shows in the service and knowledge of the current administration which is pathetic, if what they want is to break the brand they are on the right track: zero empathy for the client they are not interested attend to you and the supposed manager spends his time laughing in the warehouse, the phone ringing and his solution is to keep it in a drawer, in short I will not buy again in this branch, I prefer to place my orders on your website!

Sin embargo el gerente (supongo que es el gerente) tiene la peor actitud, si le pides alguna explicación o recomendación lo hace de muy mala gana, siendo muy sarcástico y casi como si fuera molesto atenderte, usualmente compraba mucho ahi, por este detalle no regresaría ni lo recomendaría.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su asesoría y servicio son excelentes. Tienen poco personal por lo que a veces puede ser lenta la atención pero es de reconocerse que saquen adelante el trabajo. El gerente es muy servicial, resolvió todas mis dudas y me ayudó a elegir el producto idóneo para mi proyecto. Tuve la oportunidad de acudir a otra sucursal en Gdl y defintivamente hay una diferencia abismal en atención y servicio, Querétaro por mucho tiene cálidad de primera. Saludos.
