★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes platillos con mucho sabor. Atención impecable por parte del Sr. Raúl mesero que nos brindó una buena atención y estuvo al pendiente en todo momento. Atención formidable por parte del capitán de meseros Arturo que nos atendió personalmente. Lo único malo fue el precio de una jarra de naranjada que no estaba en el menú y que nos la cobraron en $300. Fue excesivo.
 Excellent dishes with a lot of flavor. Impeccable attention by Mr. Raúl, waiter, who gave us good attention and was on the lookout at all times. Formidable attention from the captain of waiters Arturo who attended us personally. The only bad thing was the price of a pitcher of orangeade that was not on the menu and they charged us $300. It was excessive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not yet had the time to stay here since the Hilton added it's name and money to it to make it a very handsome hotel in our neighborhood. This is a beautiful neighborhood in the Guadalajara/Zapopan border near Expo Guadalajara. As a business owner 2 blocks away, it is a plus for this already pretty and safe area of Guadalajara proper!

The food, the wine and the service is excellent.
What really stands out is the salmon dish with serano-chillie sauce, I loved it.
And there is a second thing which stands out: the unsurpassable service. 10 minutes after we left, the service personal called us (via the phone number we used for our reservation) and said that I accidentally payed to much. Because we already were in the Taxi, we asked them if we can pick up the money the next day, this was no problem. The next day we picked up the money.
Thanks again for the great food and the great service.
