★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malo, pésimo, terrible y de pesadilla su servicio de garantía. No te hablan claro sobre las garantías al realizar tu compra. Tienes que estar insistiendo como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. La mayoría de sus equipos son importados te dan 3 meses de garantía, Telcel no les puede meter mano para reparación y cualquier reparación corre por tu cuenta. Por años les compré equipos sin problemas, pero en esta ocasión decidí invertirle un poco mas a mi teléfono, falló a los 5 meses, estuvo en "garantía" por 2 meses, me ofrecieron otro de características similares pero que pagará la diferencia o tomar otro de precio similar al que falló, pero de menor calidad. Al final logré un reembolso pero no fue al 100%, solo recuperé $4000.
 Bad, lousy, terrible and nightmare their warranty service. They do not speak to you clearly about the guarantees when making your purchase. You have to be insisting like they're doing you a favor. Most of their equipment is imported, they give you a 3-month warranty, Telcel cannot put a hand to repair and any repair is at your own expense. For years I bought equipment without problems, but this time I decided to invest a little more in my phone, it failed after 5 months, it was under "warranty" for 2 months, they offered me another one with similar characteristics but that will pay the difference or take another similarly priced to the one that failed, but lower quality. In the end I did get a refund but it was not 100%, I only got back $ 4000.
