★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi Bodega Aurrera is owned by Walmart in Mexico. You can find things there that you are not able to find elsewhere. If you are looking for really specialty items, Chedraui in Coatepec (about a 15 minute drive) is better. They never have enough cashiers in bodega Aurrera so expect a wait in line. Not my favorite place to go. The small stores in Xico (tiendas) have many of the same items. I try to buy local as much as possible even if it costs a little more. Please support the local people if you can. The Waltons already have paid for their bunker in Bentonville Arkansas. ?
