★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Pedi 3 recolecciónes desde el Día Sábado y me an tenido hasta el día de hoy Martes con puros pretexto sin justificación invlusive hasta me dijeron que ya habían sido recolectado 2 de ellos lo cual era una completa mentira por qué
mi proveedor hasta me mandó foto para decirme que aún los tenían ahí
Tuve que pedir hablar con el Gerente que se llama Teresa (no recuerdo su apellido) y ni ella me puso dar solución
Ellos ya me habían dicho que los recolectarian el Lunes y me los traerían a el destino el día Martes osea que hoy ya tendría que tener yo mis paquetes y ahorita me salen que hasta mañana "ahora sí pasarán " y me los traen hasta el jueves.
Pésimo servicio irresponsables y mentirosos
Terrible service. I requested 3 collections since Saturday and they have had me until today Tuesday with pure pretext without justification including they even told me that 2 of them had already been collected which was a complete lie why
my supplier even sent me a photo to tell me that they still had them there
I had to ask to speak to the Manager named Teresa (I don't remember her last name) and she didn't even give me a solution.
They had already told me that they would collect them on Monday and bring them to my destination on Tuesday, so today I would have to have my packages and right now they tell me that until tomorrow "now they will pass" and they bring them to me until Thursday.
Terrible service irresponsible and liars
