Qué lo caracteriza: La sencillez de sus instalaciones de reducido espacio ofrecen un ambiente relajado para comer en toda forma, con un centenar de etiquetas de vino a disposición del comensal.

The cuisine of James & Collins is in charge of two experienced chefs, Mauricio Gómez and Gorka Batiz (former Tezka Pedregal), who also offer tickets to accompany a glass of wine with substantial dishes.
Type of food: Spanish with international touch.
What characterizes it: The simplicity of its small space facilities offer a relaxed atmosphere to eat in every way, with a hundred wine labels available to the diner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos, en cada visita te ofrecen nuevos platillos con un sabor extraordinario. Los mariscos los cocinan al punto, en especial los pulpos que recomiendo ampliamente.
Gorka es muy amable y siempre está atento a que sus clientes tengan una excelente experiencia en su restaurante. Se agradecen las recomendaciones en comida y bebida que no intentan ser pretenciosas.
Espero poder regresar pronto y comprobar que siguen siendo una de las mejores opciones para comer en la zona de Polanco.
This is one of my favorite restaurants, on each visit they offer you new dishes with an extraordinary flavor. Seafood is cooked to the point, especially octopus that I highly recommend.
Gorka is very friendly and is always attentive to his clients having an excellent experience in his restaurant. Food and drink recommendations that are not intended to be pretentious are appreciated.
I hope to return soon and see that they are still one of the best options to eat in the Polanco area.
