C	Claudia Zapata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo el servicio a clientes, les he comprado dos veces y las dos son extremadamente malos, tardan dias en enviar una cotizacion y alli no es el problema, el problema es cuando ya les compras, no contestan correos, tienes que estar pregunte y pregunte que paso con el pedido, te dicen que lo enviaron y nada, les preguntas y resulta que no lo enviaron, vuelves a preguntar el estatus del pedido (ojo para esto ya llevaba una semana pidiendo infomes) y solo dicen que lo enviaron pero no pueden proporcionar ni un numero de guia ni nada, no lo recomiendo porque no le dan seguimiento a sus compras. También pedí una desbrosadora, e igualmente le faltaron 4 piezas y otras llegaron abiertas (adjunto imagenes) y la caja maltratada, de esas faltantes me enviaron 2 después e igual siguen faltando 2, parece ser que me vendieron el producto de exhibición por esos faltante . Le recomendaría a la empresa envíen los productos empacado en algo mas que su caja original y que después de tratar de repara su error no me pida que retire el comentario, fuera de esto el servicio telefónico es excelente y tiene buena atención.
