La maestra Alejandra de los Santos, muy déspota, 0 empática, trato mal a nuestra hija, ella tiene Autismo, y la maestra aún sabiendo de su diagnóstico, nos la trato mal, no la dejaba ir al baño, y no le dió el apoyo que necesitaba, practicamente nos la dejó sola, por ende la tuvimos que cambiar de jardín, no hubo seguimiento de nuestro caso, ni si quiera una disculpa recibimos ni por parte de la Directora la Lic. Martha Ortiz Garza, ni por parte de la maestra Alejandra de Los Santos, fueron muy indiferentes y no nos quisieron recibir a mi esposo y a mí.
A parte de eso, no nos quisieron regresar todo el material de nuestra hija, y nosotros entregamos todo en tiempo y forma, más $1000 de cuota lo cual ni pudo aprovechar nuestra hija, ya que posterior a entregar el material pasaron esos malos tratos y diferencias de dicha maestra, la cual no tiene vocación ni empatía.
I do not recommend it
The teacher Alejandra de los Santos, very despotic, or empathic, treated our daughter badly, she has Autism, and the teacher, even knowing about her diagnosis, treated her badly, did not let her go to the bathroom, and did not give her support that she needed, she practically left her alone, therefore we had to change her garden, there was no follow-up of our case, we did not even receive an apology from the Director, Lic. Martha Ortiz Garza, nor from the teacher Alejandra de Los Santos, they were very indifferent and did not want to receive my husband and me.
Apart from that, they did not want to return all of our daughter's material to us, and we delivered everything in a timely manner, plus a $1000 fee, which our daughter could not even take advantage of, since after delivering the material those ill-treatment and differences happened of said teacher, who has neither vocation nor empathy.
