★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar. Me arrepentí de haber inscrito a mi niñ@ a este plantel, realmente es un ASCO. La directora Ivette Serna Huesca es PREPOTENTE, ARBITRARIA Y GROSERA y las maestras también (no sé si sea porque la directora las tiene amenazadas pero de igual manera que la directora del plantel, son groseras para contestar y Cero empáticas con l@s padres de familia)no les interesa el bienestar de l@s pequeñ@s ni mucho menos la preocupación de los padres, les molesta contestar dudas y no tienen educación al dirigirse a las personas.
Lousy place. I regretted enrolling my child in this campus, it really is disgusting. The director Ivette Serna Huesca is ARBITRATORY, ARBITRARY AND RUDE and the teachers too (I don't know if it's because the director has them threatened but just like the school director, they are rude to answer and zero empathy with the parents They are not interested in the well-being of the children, much less the concern of the parents, it bothers them to answer questions and they are not polite when addressing people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cierto, horrible lugar, el personal es prepotente y grosero, cuando quise que me respondieran una duda me contestaba de manera grosera y hasta burlona. A algunas maestras no les interesa la educación de los niños. Critican y hablan mal de los padres de familia. Hubo un caso en el que estando en junta vía Zoom una de las maestras olvidó apagar su micrófono y comenzó a insultar a una señora diciendo
-"la mamá de "fulanito" es bien huevo*na, no quiere hacer nada!"-
... Tod@s los padres de familia escuchamos y las maestras se burlaron, pero la señora a la que insultaba escuchó todo y fué bastante desagradable. Creo que las autoridades de la escuela no deberían de faltarles al respeto de esa ni de ninguna manera a los padres de familia.
La directora es grosera para dar información y se molesta por todo. No le gusta escuchar opiniones de los padres de familia, no es nada empática y es súper ARBITRARIA. A MEDIADOS DEL 2021 MANDÓ CERRAR TODOS LOS GRUPOS DE WHATSAPP EN DONDE LOS PADRES DE FAMILIA NOS MANTENIAMOS INFORMADOS Y DE UN DÍA PARA OTRO "AVISANDO" QUE A PARTIR DE EL DÍA SIGUIENTE SE IBAN A CERRAR TODOS LOS APOYOS EN CLASSROOM PARA LOS NIÑOS QUE SE HABÍAN QUEDADO RESGUARDADOS EN CASA Y QUE ERA OBLIGATORIO QUÉ LOS PADRES LLEVÁRAMOS A NUESTROS HIJOS A CLASES PRESENCIALES ENFATIZANDO EN QUE YA NO HABRÍA NINGUN TIPO DE APOYO A DISTANCIA PARA LOS NIÑOS SALVAGUARDADOS.
NO RECOMIENDO ESTE PREESCOLAR.
True, horrible place, the staff is arrogant and rude, when I wanted them to answer a question they answered rudely and even mockingly. Some teachers are not interested in children's education. They criticize and speak ill of parents. There was a case in which, while in a meeting via Zoom, one of the teachers forgot to turn off her microphone and began to insult a woman saying
-"so-and-so"'s mother is a good egg, she doesn't want to do anything!"-
... All the parents listened and the teachers made fun of it, but the lady he was insulting heard everything and was quite unpleasant. I believe that the school authorities should not disrespect the school or the parents in any way.
The director is rude to give information and gets annoyed by everything. She doesn't like to listen to parents' opinions, she's not at all empathetic and she's super ARBITRARY. IN THE MIDDLE OF 2021 HE ORDERED TO CLOSE ALL THE WHATSAPP GROUPS WHERE THE PARENTS KEEP US INFORMED AND FROM ONE DAY TO THE ANOTHER "WARNING" THAT FROM THE NEXT DAY ALL SUPPORT IN CLASSROOM FOR THE CHILDREN WHO WERE GOING TO BE CLOSED. THEY HAD BEEN SHELTERED AT HOME AND THAT IT WAS MANDATORY FOR PARENTS TO TAKE OUR CHILDREN TO PRESENTIAL CLASSES, EMPHASIZING THAT THERE WOULD NO LONGER BE ANY KIND OF DISTANCE SUPPORT FOR SAFEGUARDED CHILDREN.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRESCHOOL.
